This specific unit has a capacity of 3 litres.
201 stainless steel can exhibit mild magnetic properties due to its chemical composition.
Each container has the size information etched onto the corner for easy identification.
Ensure the container is properly aligned with the frame edges and verify that no food residue has created a sticky seal.
These are likely water spots or mineral deposits; wipe with a soft cloth and a mild vinegar solution to restore the finish.
Setup is intuitive: simply place the container into your existing gastronorm frame or fridge track. No assembly is required. To maintain the life of the stainless steel, ensure the unit is rinsed after use, particularly if handling acidic or salty food products. While the unit is dishwasher safe, regular cleaning will prevent the build-up of food residue in the corners. Avoid using abrasive steel wool pads which can scratch the brushed finish.
