This specific product is the Grace Double Duvet Set in the colour Grey.
This is a 3-piece bedding set, including one double duvet cover and two matching pillowcases.
Ensure all four internal corner ties are securely fastened to the corners of your duvet insert. Make sure the zipper closure is fully zipped.
Confirm you are using cold water and a low heat setting for tumble drying. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, which can degrade microfiber over time.
Check for any fabric caught in the zipper teeth. Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. Ensure the duvet is not overstuffed, which can put strain on the zipper.
Setup: Unpack the duvet cover and pillowcases. Insert your double duvet (200 cm x 200 cm) into the cover, ensuring the corners align with the internal ties. Secure the ties to keep the duvet in place. Place the pillow into the pillowcase and secure with the envelope closure.
Compatibility: This set is designed for standard double-sized duvets (200 cm x 200 cm) and standard UK/EU pillow sizes (50 cm x 75 cm). A duvet insert is required but not included.
Care & Washing: Machine washable in cold water. Tumble dry on a low heat setting. Do not bleach or dry clean to maintain fabric integrity and softness.
