The On Cloud 6 are designed for everyday comfort and light activities. While they offer good cushioning and a responsive feel, they are not specifically engineered for high-performance running. For dedicated running, On offers specialized running shoe models.

Refer to the On sizing chart, which typically provides measurements in centimeters or inches. It is recommended to measure your foot length and compare it with the chart. The Cloud 6 features a wider opening, which can accommodate slight variations in foot width.

It is not recommended to machine wash the On Cloud 6 trainers. Machine washing can damage the materials, adhesives, and cushioning technology. Hand cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap is the preferred method.

The trainers use On's signature CloudTec cushioning, which consists of hollow 'clouds' on the outsole that compress upon impact and then rebound. This is combined with Zero-Gravity foam in the midsole for a lightweight, soft landing and energetic take-off.

Laces can typically be removed and hand-washed with mild soap and water, then air-dried. Ensure they are completely dry before re-lacing the shoes.

This means the foam used in the midsole is derived from materials that have been attributed to sustainable sources through a mass balance approach, contributing to a reduced carbon footprint without compromising on performance or comfort.

The Cloud 6 features a wider opening and a new sockliner for easier entry. While it offers more accommodation than some previous models, it is not specifically designed as a wide-fit shoe. Those with very wide feet may find them snug.

Adjust the lacing pattern. For a tighter fit, ensure laces are snug. For a looser fit, loosen the laces, especially around the midfoot.

This can occasionally occur due to friction between components. Try applying a small amount of talcum powder or cornstarch inside the shoe around the heel or insole, or ensure the insole is seated correctly.

For light marks, try cleaning with a damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a mild soap solution and a soft brush, then rinse carefully with a damp cloth and allow to air dry.
