FAQs

Does this unit include a worktop?

No, the worktop is sold separately, allowing you to choose one that best matches your existing kitchen design.

Can I paint this cabinet?

The cabinet comes with a factory-applied finish; while it can be customized, altering the surface may void any manufacturer warranties.

What tools do I need for assembly?

Typically, you will need a screwdriver (Phillips head) and potentially a rubber mallet; always follow the provided instruction manual.

Is this cabinet compatible with other JD Greta colours?

Yes, the JD Greta range is designed for modular coordination across different colour variants.

How do I clean the metal handles?

A soft, dry cloth is sufficient to keep them clean. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners that could tarnish the metal finish.

Troubleshooting

Drawer does not slide smoothly

Check that the runners are properly aligned and screwed in tightly; ensure there is no debris in the track.

Cabinet appears wobbly after assembly

Ensure all cam locks are fully tightened and the cabinet is placed on a level floor surface.

Missing hardware during assembly

Check all packaging materials, including internal folds of cardboard, and contact the manufacturer support if specific parts remain unlocated.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This unit is delivered flat-packed, and users should ensure they have adequate space and basic hand tools available before beginning assembly. All panels and hardware should be accounted for against the included inventory list before starting.

Compatibility: This model is specifically designed to work with other cabinets in the JD Greta range to ensure consistent height and styling. Always verify your floor level before installation, as uneven surfaces may affect the drawer alignment.

Care Instructions: To maintain the appearance of the grey finish, wipe surfaces regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid the use of abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, which may scratch the cabinet surface. Ensure that spills are wiped up promptly to prevent moisture from seeping into the joints.
