Bosch Diamond Dry Core Cutter Set - 5 Piece

This set is designed for use on limestone, brick, and masonry.

This set is designed for dry drilling. However, always monitor the temperature and consider water cooling if needed to prevent overheating or damage.

The core cutters have a working length of 150mm.

The set includes 5 Diamond Dry Core Cutters (38, 52, 65, 117, 127mm), an Ejector Drift, a Hex Adapter, an SDS-Plus Adapter, a Hex Extension (240mm), an SDS-Plus Extension (240mm), and a 200mm Pilot Drill Bit.

After each use, clean the cutters to remove debris. Store them in the provided case.

The set includes both Hex and SDS-Plus adapters. Use the adapter that is compatible with your power tool.

Always wear safety glasses, gloves, and a dust mask or respirator. Ensure the workpiece is securely held, and work in a well-ventilated area.

Check the sharpness of the diamond segments. Ensure you're applying appropriate pressure and speed. Check that the correct drill speed is being used.

Use the Ejector Drift to remove the core from the cutter. Reduce pressure and allow the cutter to cool.

Check that the adapter is securely fastened. Verify that the pilot drill bit is properly aligned and not damaged.
