Troubleshooting

The tree looks thin or flat after unboxing

Flocking residue is coming off

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Upon unboxing, the tree will arrive slightly compressed. To achieve the intended natural appearance, refer to the included instruction manual for guidance on how to fan out each branch. Ensure the tree is placed on a level surface to utilize the weight of the hessian base effectively. While the tree is suitable for indoor and sheltered outdoor use, it is best to avoid areas with high moisture to maintain the integrity of the flocking. To clean, gently dust the branches with a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster annually before storing it back in its box.
