The Polypipe 112mm Square Angle 90° is designed for professional contractors and DIY enthusiasts who need to navigate corner sections in domestic or light commercial rainwater drainage systems. It provides a robust, watertight directional change for 112mm square guttering systems, ensuring efficient water runoff during heavy rainfall. While its PVCu construction offers excellent durability, installers should note that it requires precision cutting of gutter lengths to ensure a secure, leak-free fit within the integrated joints.

The RS203w is designed for Polypipe systems. While it may fit other 112mm square systems, dimensional variances can lead to leaks, so it is recommended to stay within the same manufacturer range.
Yes, this component typically includes integrated sealing features designed to create a watertight connection with standard 112mm gutter lengths.
While the white finish is designed to be permanent, you can use specialized PVCu spray paint if you need to match a specific exterior color scheme.
Use a spirit level to ensure a slight downward slope toward the downpipe. Generally, a fall of 1:350 is recommended for effective drainage.
It is intended for domestic and light commercial use. For heavy-duty industrial applications, consult Polypipe's industrial drainage catalog.
Check that the gutter length is pushed fully home into the angle socket and that the rubber seal is seated correctly.
Install additional support brackets on either side of the 90° angle to distribute the weight of the water effectively.
Ensure the cut edge of the gutter is smooth and free of burrs; use a file to lightly chamfer the edge if necessary.
To install, ensure your existing guttering is a 112mm square-line profile. First, clean the ends of the gutters to remove debris. Apply a small amount of lubricant if using rubber-sealed joints, or follow standard bonding procedures if the system requires solvent welding. Always verify the gutter brackets are positioned close to the angle on both sides to provide adequate support.
For care, inspect the joints annually after the autumn leaf-fall season. Use a soft brush or a low-pressure hose to clear any debris that might become snagged at the corner. The PVCu finish can be cleaned with mild soapy water; avoid abrasive scouring pads that may scratch the surface.
