Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best fit, measure your foot length from the heel to the tip of your longest toe. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size to allow for natural foot swelling during long runs. For maintenance, clean the trainers by gently brushing off dry mud or debris after each trail run. If they become very dirty, use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the foam midsole and the adhesive bonds of the shoe. Always allow them to air dry away from direct sunlight.
