Troubleshooting

Surface appears cloudy or streaky

Wipe with a clean, dry microfiber cloth to remove oils and restore the glossy shine.

Use a soft sponge with mild soap and warm water, then dry immediately to prevent water spots.

Surface showing light scratches

Avoid placing metal items directly on the tray surface; use coasters or placemats if serving rough-bottomed objects.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Robust build quality suitable for professional use
  • Sophisticated aesthetic that complements various interior styles
  • Effective rectangular shape for balanced carrying
  • Pack of six offers great value for event hosting

Cons

  • Glossy finish is prone to showing fingerprints
  • Black surface may highlight dust more than lighter colors
  • Hand-washing recommended to maintain the finish

Setup, Compatibility & Care

No assembly is required; these trays are ready for immediate use upon arrival. To ensure longevity, avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals that could scratch or dull the high-gloss surface. We recommend cleaning with a soft, damp cloth followed by a quick wipe with a dry microfiber cloth to remove streaks and fingerprints. When storing, stack the trays carefully or use soft shelf liners to prevent surface abrasion over time. These trays are not designed for extreme heat, so avoid placing extremely hot oven-ware directly onto the surface.
