While it is a great insulating mid-layer, it is not waterproof or windproof, so it should be worn under a protective shell jacket for winter sports.
It is best to air dry to keep the fleece soft, but if necessary, use only the lowest temperature setting to avoid damaging the synthetic fibers.
The polyester fleece has a natural slight give, which, combined with the relaxed fit, provides excellent freedom of movement.
The jacket features a relaxed fit. If you prefer to wear heavy sweaters underneath, you may want to stick to your standard size, as the cut already allows for layering.
