Troubleshooting

Bed frame feels unstable after assembly

Double-check that all screws and fasteners are securely tightened. Ensure all parts are correctly aligned according to the instructions. Verify that the floor surface is level.

Fabric has noticeable creases or flattening

Gently brush the fabric with a soft-bristled brush or vacuum with an upholstery attachment. Allow the fabric to rest for a few days to naturally regain its loft.

Missing assembly parts

Carefully re-check the packaging for all components. If parts are genuinely missing, contact customer support with your order details and a list of the required parts.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: This bed frame requires self-assembly. Easy-to-follow instructions are provided. Ensure you have adequate space for assembly and ideally a second person to assist.

Compatibility: The platform design eliminates the need for a box spring. It is compatible with most standard mattress types.

Care: To maintain the texture and appearance of the boucle fabric, regularly vacuum the upholstery using a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris. For minor spills, spot clean immediately with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Due to the made-to-order nature and fabric texture, professional cleaning is recommended for deep cleaning.
