The Living Solutions Brushed Velvet Storage Trunk is designed for homeowners looking to combine sophisticated aesthetics with functional organization in bedrooms, living rooms, or entryways. Its primary benefit is the spacious interior, which provides an elegant solution for decluttering household items while doubling as an ottoman; however, users should note that the velvet upholstery requires regular maintenance to prevent dust accumulation and fabric matting.

Yes, it is sturdy enough to be used as an occasional ottoman or bench seat, though it is not designed for heavy, continuous weight.
A lint roller or a rubber-tipped upholstery brush is the most effective way to remove pet hair without damaging the velvet fibers.
The trunk generally comes pre-assembled; simply unpack and place it in your desired location.
No, the brushed velvet is a fabric material and is not waterproof. Blot spills immediately to prevent staining.
This specific model features a deep black finish.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently lift the fibers in the direction of the grain.
Ensure the trunk is sitting on a completely level floor; uneven weight distribution can cause the frame to skew.
Use a vacuum cleaner on a low-suction setting with a fabric-safe upholstery brush attachment.
The storage trunk is designed for intuitive setup, typically requiring minimal or no assembly upon arrival. Ensure the trunk is placed on a level surface to maintain structural integrity. For compatibility, its standard height allows it to slide into most bedroom configurations or sit comfortably in front of a standard-sized sofa. For care, use a soft-bristled brush or a vacuum with a fabric attachment weekly to remove dust. If a spill occurs, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth; do not rub the fabric, as this can damage the velvet pile. For deeper cleaning, consult a professional upholstery service.
