GEL-1130 Trainers - ASICS - Cream / Carrier Grey

The GEL-1130 features GEL™ Technology cushioning for comfort, but it is primarily designed as a trainer for casual wear and light athletic activities. For marathon running, specialized running shoes offering advanced support and cushioning systems are recommended.

Refer to the ASICS sizing chart or try the shoes on to ensure a comfortable fit. Your heel should be snug, and there should be about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe.

It is not recommended to machine wash the ASICS GEL-1130 trainers. Machine washing can damage the materials, especially the leather overlays and the GEL™ cushioning. Hand cleaning with a damp cloth is the preferred method.

The TRUSSTIC™ Support System is a component in the midsole that provides stability to the shoe by controlling torsion, or twisting, and maintaining the structural integrity of the midfoot.

The primary materials are a mesh upper for breathability and leather overlays for enhanced support and durability.

The main benefit of GEL™ Technology is its excellent shock absorption capability, which helps to reduce impact on the joints and provides a cushioned feel during wear.

Wear the shoes with thin socks initially. If the tightness persists, consider using thicker socks for a short period or exploring professional stretching services.

GEL™ Technology cushioning is designed for longevity, but performance can decrease with extensive use. Consider replacing the shoes if significant wear is evident.

The rubber outsole provides good traction, but wet surfaces inherently reduce grip. Exercise caution and ensure the outsole is clean and free from debris.
