Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Brooks Hyperion Max 3 trainers are ready to wear right out of the box. Ensure they fit correctly by trying them on with your usual running socks. Check that there is adequate space in the toe box and no pinching or rubbing points.
Compatibility: These shoes are designed as a neutral trainer and are compatible with most runners' natural gait patterns. They are optimized for use on asphalt and other hard, paved surfaces. They are not specifically designed for trail running or very muddy conditions.
Care:
- Cleaning: After runs, brush off loose dirt and mud. For deeper cleaning, use a soft brush or cloth with cold water and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or using harsh detergents, as this can damage the materials and cushioning.
- Drying: Allow the shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Keep them away from direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, which can degrade the adhesives and materials. Stuffing them with newspaper can help absorb moisture and maintain shape.
- Storage: Store your trainers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Avoid storing them in damp environments.
