The UPXNBOR Touch Bedside Lamp is an ideal lighting solution for homeowners and professionals looking to declutter their nightstands or desks while adding functional ambient light. Its primary benefit is the combination of three-level touch brightness control and integrated USB-A and USB-C charging ports, making it a high-utility accessory for modern living spaces. The main caveat is that the lamp requires a specific bulb wattage compatibility, so users should stick to the included 6W LED or equivalent to maintain performance and safety.

Yes, the lamp must be plugged into a wall outlet for the USB ports to function, though it does not necessarily need to be lit.
The provided LED bulb has a color temperature of 3000K, which produces a warm, soft white light.
The lamp features standard charging speeds suitable for mobile devices; for specific wattage compatibility, consult your device's manual.
No, the shade is designed for quick and intuitive assembly directly onto the lamp frame.
Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into an active wall outlet and verify that the bulb is screwed in tightly.
Confirm that the lamp itself is powered on and that the USB cable is fully inserted into the port.
Check that the bulb is properly installed and ensure you are using the included LED or a compatible dimmable LED bulb.
Setting up the lamp is straightforward: simply attach the shade to the lamp base, screw in the provided 6W 3000K LED bulb, and connect the power cord to a standard wall outlet. Ensure the base is placed on a flat, stable surface to maintain sensitivity for the touch controls. To clean, wipe the base and shade gently with a soft, dry cloth; do not use abrasive chemicals or water directly on the electronic components. When replacing the bulb in the future, ensure you select an LED bulb that is compatible with touch-sensor technology to maintain the three-level dimming functionality.
