Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Preparation: Determine the location of the fixing and mark it on the wall.
- Drilling: Drill a pilot hole of the appropriate size for the anchor (check the anchor packaging for specific size recommendations). Be careful not to drill through the back of the wall.
- Insertion: Insert the anchor into the hole, ensuring the teeth grip the wallboard.
- Tightening: Insert the screw and tighten it until the anchor expands and grips the wallboard securely. Do not overtighten.
- Attachment: Attach the item to be secured and tighten the screw to the required level.
Compatibility
These anchors are compatible with most types of hollow walls, fiberboard, plasterboard, and partitions.
Care
- Inspect anchors regularly for any signs of damage or loosening.
- Avoid overloading the anchors beyond their specified weight capacity.
- If removing an anchor, use the correct tools to avoid damaging the wall.
