Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup (Fitting):
- Boil water in a kettle or saucepan.
- Place the mouthguard in a bowl and pour the hot (not boiling) water over it. Let it soak for the time specified in the included instructions (typically around 50-60 seconds).
- Carefully remove the mouthguard using a spoon and allow it to cool slightly for a few seconds.
- Place the mouthguard onto your upper teeth. Bite down firmly and use your fingers to press the sides against your teeth and gums. Suck firmly to draw the gel fins into the contours of your teeth.
- Hold in place for at least 30 seconds to allow the mouthguard to set.
- Rinse with cold water to secure the fit.
