Troubleshooting
Combination lock is stiff or won't open.
Ensure you are entering the correct 3-digit code. Try gently wiggling the dials while entering the code. If it still resists, ensure the lock is not damaged and try resetting the combination (if possible).
Telescopic handle is stuck or difficult to move.
Check the handle's extension channels for any debris or obstructions. Gently try to extend or retract the handle, applying steady pressure. Avoid forcing it. If a blockage is found, carefully remove it.
Wheels are not spinning smoothly or are dragging.
Inspect the wheels for tangled threads, hair, or debris. Clean the wheels and their axles. If damage is visible, professional repair may be necessary.
Exterior has minor scratches or scuffs.
Light scratches on ABS material are normal wear and tear. For minor scuffs, a damp cloth or a non-abrasive cleaner might help. For deeper scratches, consider a touch-up pen or clear sealant if desired.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Initial Setup:
- Combination Lock: Your suitcase lock is typically set to 0-0-0 from the factory. To set your personal combination, locate the reset button (usually small and requires a pen tip or similar object) on the side of the lock mechanism. Press and hold the reset button, then turn the dials to your desired 3-digit code. Release the reset button to secure your new combination. Always ensure the lock is set to your chosen code before traveling.
Compatibility:
- Airline Cabin Size: Please verify with your specific airline for their carry-on size restrictions. The cabin suitcase dimensions are 55 x 36 x 20 cm.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. For stubborn marks, use a mild soap and water solution, then dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store suitcases upright or flat in a cool, dry place. If storing multiple pieces, consider placing smaller ones inside larger ones to save space, ensuring they are empty or lightly packed to maintain shape.
- Wheels and Handles: Periodically check that wheels spin freely and the telescopic handle extends and retracts smoothly. Minor debris can be removed with a dry cloth.
