Troubleshooting

Device is not turning on.

Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the Pixel 9 Pro XL to its original charger and a power outlet for at least 15-30 minutes. Then, try pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds.

Applications are running slowly or freezing.

Close unnecessary background apps. Clear the cache of problematic applications in Settings > Apps. If the issue persists, restart the device. With 16GB of RAM, this should be a rare occurrence unless an app is faulty.

Poor 5G or Wi-Fi connectivity.

For 5G, ensure you are in a 5G coverage area and your SIM card is activated for 5G. For Wi-Fi, forget the network in settings and reconnect. Restart your router if issues persist. Check if Wi-Fi 7 is active on your router for best performance.

Battery drains too quickly.

Review battery usage in Settings > Battery to identify power-hungry apps. Reduce screen brightness, disable always-on display, and limit background app refresh for apps that don't need it. Ensure software is up to date.

Device is not charging.

Check if the USB-C cable and charger are securely connected and free of damage. Try a different compatible USB-C charger and cable. Ensure the charging port on the phone is clean and free of debris.
