Troubleshooting
The shoes feel too large even though I ordered the correct size.
The manufacturer recommends sizing down one full size. If they are still too big, try using the pivoting heel strap to secure the foot better.
Charms fall out of the holes.
Ensure the Jibbitz™ backing is pushed all the way through the hole until it is flat against the surface of the clog.
The material feels slightly warped after being left in a hot car.
Do not use excessive force to reshape. Sometimes, soaking in warm (not boiling) water and letting them sit flat can help them return to their original shape as they cool.

Getting the right fit is the most important step; the manufacturer recommends sizing down one full size from the child's regular shoe size to ensure the clogs aren't too loose. To maintain your clogs, simply rinse them with cold water and mild soap after messy outdoor play. Avoid exposing the shoes to extreme heat, such as leaving them in direct sunlight inside a hot car for extended periods, as the material can warp. If you wish to customize the look, simply push the backing of your Jibbitz™ charms through the ventilation holes until they click into place. Removal is just as easy: push from the inside out while at an angle to safely extract the charms.
