The Thor 11-710 is a versatile nylon hammer with a 32mm face and a plastic handle, weighing 445g. It features a chrome-plated zinc head with two screw-in nylon faces that are replaceable when worn. This multi-purpose striking tool is ideal for various assembly applications including engineering, furniture making, shopfitting, partitioning, double glazing, and injection moulding. Alternative color-coded faces are available to distinguish hardness. The hammer's design includes faces that wear and are replaced by hand, with no metal pegs or inserts to prevent damage to the workpiece. Serrations in the metal head ensure faces do not come loose during use, and the faces have a shoulder for extra strength and to prevent fracture from misdirected blows.
