Troubleshooting
Wardrobe doors not closing properly
Check if the wardrobe is level on the floor. Adjust hinges if they appear misaligned or loose. Ensure no items inside are obstructing the doors.
Screws or fittings feel loose after assembly
Gently re-tighten all screws and fittings. Do not overtighten, as this can damage the wood. Refer to the assembly manual for correct fitting placement.
White-washed finish appears chipped or damaged
For minor chips, consider a touch-up pen in a similar white or wood tone. For larger damage, contact customer support for potential repair advice or replacement parts.
Warping of wood panels
Ensure the wardrobe is not exposed to excessive moisture or direct heat sources. Check if the unit is assembled on a stable, level surface.
