Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your trainers last, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Lacing: Adjust the laces to a snug but comfortable tension; over-tightening can restrict blood flow during high-intensity sessions.
- Cleaning: Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt from the outsole. If the upper gets muddy, wipe it gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using a washing machine, as this can degrade the water-repellent coating.
- Drying: Always air dry your shoes at room temperature away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can cause the materials to warp or crack.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place to maintain the integrity of the cushioning foam.
