Designed for professional kitchens and catering environments, the Argon Tableware 1000ml Gastronorm Container offers a reliable, heavy-duty solution for ingredient storage, steam tables, and buffet service. Constructed from high-quality 201 stainless steel, this 1/9 GN pan delivers excellent durability and corrosion resistance for high-volume use. While it is perfect for integrated prep stations, users should note that as a standard 1/9 size pan, it is optimized for smaller ingredient portions rather than bulk storage.

Yes, the 201 stainless steel is durable enough for cold storage and freezing applications.
While the stainless steel is heat resistant, this container is primarily designed for prep stations, steam tables, and general food holding rather than direct high-heat oven roasting.
1/9 is the industry-standard fractional size for Gastronorm containers, referring to its specific footprint dimensions in relation to a standard GN pan.
Please verify specific product packaging; while the product is designed for GN compatibility, ensure a corresponding 1/9 lid is purchased if hermetic sealing is required.
201 stainless steel typically has low-to-moderate magnetic properties, though it is primarily selected for its food-safe and corrosion-resistant qualities.
Ensure the frame is free from food buildup or ice crystals around the edges. Clean the frame surfaces thoroughly.
Dry the container immediately with a lint-free cloth after the wash cycle to prevent mineral deposits on the brushed finish.
This container utilizes the global 1/9 Gastronorm standard. To set up, simply insert the pan into a compatible GN frame or prep rail. No assembly is required.
