Full details

The Kenwood Multipro Go Food Processor in Storm Blue is designed for home cooks seeking a versatile and compact kitchen appliance for everyday food preparation. Its key benefit is the dual functionality, acting as both a powerful food processor and a personal blender, saving counter space and reducing washing up with its innovative Express Serve system. FAQs

What is the wattage of the Kenwood Multipro Go?

The Kenwood Multipro Go food processor has a powerful 900W motor.

Can I use the food processor to make dough?

The Multipro Go is designed for chopping, slicing, grating, and blending. For dough making, a more powerful or specialized food processor may be required.

How do I clean the blade assembly?

The blade assembly should be carefully washed by hand in warm, soapy water. Ensure it is completely dry before storing. Always handle sharp blades with extreme caution.

What is the capacity of the personal blender cup?

The personal blender cup has a capacity of 600 ml.

Is the Express Serve system dishwasher safe?

The components of the Express Serve system, including the chute and pusher, are typically dishwasher safe on the top rack. Refer to the user manual for specific instructions.

Can I store ingredients in the processing bowl?

While you can briefly store ingredients, the processing bowl is not designed for long-term food storage. It's best to transfer processed food to an airtight container.

What accessories come with the food processor?

The Kenwood Multipro Go typically includes a stainless steel blade, slicing/grating discs, a 600ml personal blender cup with lid, and a processing bowl with lid.

Troubleshooting

Unit does not turn on

Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check that the bowl/cup and lid are correctly locked into place as the safety interlock system must be engaged for operation.

Food is not processed evenly

Avoid overfilling the bowl. Cut larger food items into smaller, uniform pieces before processing. Ensure the correct blade or disc for the task is used.

Personal blender cup leaks

Confirm that the blade unit is screwed onto the cup tightly. Ensure the gasket on the blade unit is clean and properly seated.

Slicing or grating is inconsistent

Make sure food items are placed correctly in the feed tube and are stable. Do not force food down the chute; allow the motor to do the work.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

Ensure all parts are clean before first use.
Attach the desired disc or blade to the drive shaft.
Place the processing bowl or personal blender cup onto the base.
Secure the lid firmly; the unit will not operate if the lid is not correctly locked.
Connect the power cord to a suitable electrical outlet.

Compatibility:

This model is designed for standard household electrical outlets.

Care:

Motor Base: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
Bowls, Lids, Blades, Discs, and Cups: These parts are generally dishwasher safe (top rack recommended) or can be washed by hand in warm, soapy water. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
Storage: Store all components in a dry place. Consider storing the discs and blades in a protective case if available to maintain sharpness and prevent accidents.
