Product Information

Full details

This guide is for individuals looking to enhance their fitness routine with added resistance during workouts or daily activities. The key benefit is comfortable, constant resistance for increased calorie burn and muscle engagement. A potential caveat is the specific weight (1kg per bangle) which may be too light for advanced strength training. Bala Bangles are wearable weights designed for versatile use, offering a convenient way to add intensity to exercises like Pilates, strength training, or even walking.

Troubleshooting

Bangles feel too heavy or too light

Adjust the placement on your body (wrists vs. ankles) or consider adding/removing weight if using different Bala Bangle models. For this 1kg model, the weight is fixed.

Hook and loop fasteners are not sticking

Ensure the fasteners are clean and free of lint or debris. Press firmly when fastening. If wear is significant, consider replacing the product.
