Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Skechers trainers remain in top condition, follow these guidelines:
- Breaking In: New leather footwear can feel firm. Wear them for short durations indoors before transitioning to long-distance outdoor use.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap to wipe down the leather upper. Avoid machine washing, as this can degrade the leather and the integrity of the adhesive bonding.
- Storage: Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the white leather from yellowing or drying out.
- Protection: Consider using a leather-safe water and stain repellent spray to guard against minor spills and dirt accumulation.
