Setup, Compatibility & Care
Initial Setup:
As an automatic watch, the TS1 requires winding to start. If the watch has stopped, gently shake it back and forth for about 30 seconds to engage the rotor. You can also manually wind it by turning the crown (while in the closed position) clockwise about 30-40 times.
Compatibility:
This watch is a standalone accessory and does not interface with other devices.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: Wipe the stainless steel case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth. For tougher smudges, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Water Resistance: While water-resistant to 10 bars, avoid prolonged exposure to high-velocity water (e.g., water skiing). Rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly after exposure to salt water or chlorine.
- Magnetism: Keep the watch away from strong magnetic fields, as they can affect the accuracy of the automatic movement.
- Servicing: It is recommended to have the watch professionally serviced every 3-5 years to maintain its accuracy and longevity.
