While the 4D midsole offers excellent cushioning and responsiveness, these trainers are primarily designed for lifestyle and casual athletic wear. For serious runners, specialized running shoes might offer more targeted support and stability.

The Primeknit upper offers a flexible, sock-like fit. It's recommended to consult the Adidas sizing chart and consider if you prefer a snugger or looser fit. Many users find their standard Adidas sneaker size to be appropriate.
