Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your ECCO Offroad sandals last, proper setup and maintenance are essential. When you first put them on, adjust all three straps—toe, ankle, and heel—to ensure a snug but comfortable hold. Because these sandals feature nubuck leather, they should be cleaned using a soft brush to remove dirt after outdoor use. Avoid prolonged submersion in salt water. If the leather becomes wet, allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, as extreme heat can cause the leather to stiffen or crack. Use a dedicated leather care spray or foam formulated for nubuck to maintain the material's soft texture and water-repellent properties.
