Fully charge the battery. Operating in Turbo mode for extended periods will significantly reduce runtime. Ensure the lens is clean from dirt or smudges that might obstruct light output. Extreme cold temperatures can also temporarily affect battery performance.

Ensure the magnetic charging port on the tailcap of the torch and the magnetic end of the cable are clean and free of debris. Verify the USB power source is functioning correctly. Try rotating the magnetic end of the cable to ensure proper alignment.
