The HellermannTyton T30LR is a professional-grade, UV-resistant cable tie designed for users who need to bundle, route, and secure cables, pipes, or hoses in challenging outdoor environments. Crafted from high-quality polyamide, these ties offer a reliable 180 N tensile strength and a 6.5 cm maximum bundle diameter; however, users should note that they are designed as single-use fasteners that require cutting for removal.

Yes, while they are optimized for UV-resistant outdoor performance, they function perfectly well for indoor cable management.

Yes, the material is halogen-free, making them suitable for environments where low smoke or toxic emissions are required.
Since these are permanent, single-use ties, you should use side cutters or safety snips to cut the strap.
Each tie is 260 mm in length.
No, once the locking mechanism is engaged, it is designed for a one-way secure lock.
Ensure the ties have not been exposed to extreme heat or direct chemicals; polyamide can lose moisture and flexibility if stored incorrectly for long periods.
Check that the tail was fully inserted into the head and verify the bundle size does not exceed the 6.5 cm limit, as over-stretching the tie weakens its hold.
For optimal results, follow these installation guidelines:
These ties are made of polyamide and should be stored in their original packaging in a dry environment until use to maintain material flexibility.
