No, it is recommended to air dry them to prevent damage to the rubber and shrinkage of the cotton canvas.
What is the heel height on this model?
The platform sole provides a height of 3.0 cm.
Are these shoes suitable for intense physical exercise?
These are lifestyle sneakers designed for casual wear and walking; they are not intended for high-impact sports.
How often should I machine wash them?
Only wash when necessary to preserve the integrity of the materials and glue, typically when spot cleaning is no longer effective.
Troubleshooting
White rubber sole is discolored or muddy
Use a specialized rubber cleaner or a mixture of baking soda and water with a soft brush to scrub the area.
Laces are constantly coming untied
Replace standard laces with textured cotton or flat polyester laces which tend to hold knots more securely.
Shoes feel tight after washing
Ensure they are air dried completely; avoid high-heat tumble drying as it may cause the natural cotton material to tighten.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before wearing your new Rocket Dog Cheery shoes, ensure the laces are adjusted to your preferred tension to avoid pressure points. These sneakers feature a standard fit and are compatible with most everyday casual socks. To keep the shoes in optimal condition, wipe the rubber toe cap with a damp cloth after outdoor use to prevent deep staining. When the canvas begins to look dull, machine wash on a gentle cycle using cold water. Always air dry the shoes away from direct heat sources to prevent the rubber or canvas from warping or shrinking.
