FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
The Nike ISPA Mindbody trainers are primarily designed for lifestyle and light training. They may not offer the necessary support or cushioning for high-impact running activities.
How do I determine my correct size?
Measure the length of your foot from heel to toe in centimeters. Then, compare this measurement to the provided size chart to find your corresponding EU size. If your measurement falls between two sizes, it is recommended to choose the larger one for a more comfortable fit.
What does 'ISPA' stand for?
ISPA stands for Improvise, Scavenge, Protect, and Adapt. It represents Nike's design philosophy focused on creating innovative footwear solutions by repurposing materials and addressing potential problems.
Can I machine wash these trainers?
It is not recommended to machine wash the Nike ISPA Mindbody trainers, as this can damage the materials and construction. Hand washing with a damp cloth and mild soap is the preferred method.
What is the main color of this shoe?
The main color of this specific variant is Black, with secondary accents that may include White, Wolf Grey, and Barely Volt.
What is the return policy if the shoes don't fit?
Please refer to the specific retailer's return policy for details on exchanges or returns if the shoes do not fit correctly. Typically, unworn items in original packaging are eligible for return within a specified period.
Are these trainers waterproof?
These trainers are not designed to be waterproof. They offer protection against light elements but are not suitable for heavy rain or wet conditions.
Troubleshooting
Sizing feels incorrect
Ensure you have measured your foot length accurately in cm and consulted the provided size chart. If between sizes, try the next larger size. For persistent fit issues, consider trying on in-store if possible or checking the return policy.
Unusual odor after wear
Remove insoles and allow shoes to air dry completely. Use a shoe deodorizer spray or baking soda inside the shoes overnight. Ensure proper ventilation when storing.
Material appears discolored
Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods, which can cause fading. Clean with a damp cloth as per care instructions, avoiding harsh chemicals.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: These are ready-to-wear athletic shoes. No specific setup is required upon purchase.
Compatibility: The Nike ISPA Mindbody trainers are designed for adult use. Sizing is provided in European (EU) sizes, with a recommendation to measure foot length in cm for accuracy. Refer to the provided size chart to find the closest match between foot length and EU size. It's advised to select the next larger size if your foot measurement falls between two sizes, allowing for individual foot structure and comfortable wear. Please note that CM size on boxes differs from foot length (cm).
Care: To maintain the condition of your Nike ISPA Mindbody trainers:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe away dirt and grime. For tougher stains, a mild soap solution can be applied sparingly with a cloth or soft brush, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth.
- Drying: Allow shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators or hairdryers, as this can damage the materials.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in their original box or a breathable shoe bag, to protect them from dust and maintain their shape.
