Solpadeine SolpaOne 1000mg Paracetamol Effervescent Tablets offer effective pain and fever relief. These tablets are designed for adults and are suitable for those who have difficulty swallowing, as they dissolve in water. SolpaOne works up to twice as fast as regular paracetamol tablets due to rapid absorption. Each tablet provides a maximum strength 1000mg dose of paracetamol, aiding in dosage compliance. They are gentle on the stomach and can be taken with most prescription medicines. Recommended for mild to moderate pain and fever associated with headaches, back pain, colds, flu, and sore throats. Each effervescent tablet contains 1000mg of Paracetamol, and also contains sodium and aspartame. Adults and adolescents over 16 years should take 1 tablet dissolved in a full glass of water every 4 to 6 hours, up to a maximum of 4 tablets in 24 hours. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. If pain persists for more than 3 days or fever lasts for more than 3 days, consult a doctor. Not suitable for children under 16 years of age or under 50 kg body weight. Contains 533.51 mg sodium per tablet.
