CushCore Pro allows you to push the limits of your tyres and suspension to new levels. The best choice for most wheels, terrain and riders. Tyre Widths - 2.1"-2.6" Inner Rim Width - 22mm-35mm Weight - 250g (27.5") / 260g (29") Includes 1 x CushCore tyre insert, 1 x 44mm CushCore green Presta air valve and 2 x rim stickers. CushCore is no ordinary tyre insert and is based on a new concept, tyre suspension. Like traditional suspension, a constant damping force wouldn't work; it must be dynamic. Suspension should be supple on small bumps but firm on the big hits. CushCore responds differently depending on the tyre load and scenario. The more the tyre flexes, the more damping it provides. Go Bigger - CushCore improves suspension performance by 16% and reduces impact force from big hits by 50%. Corner Harder - 35% more sidewall stability eliminates tyre squirm and burping, even at low tyre pressure. Ride Faster - CushCore provides a 12% smoother ride and 3% reduced rolling resistance. It's like taking fewer punches in a fight. SIMPLE INSTALLATION: This set is easy to install for any rider. Included in this set is everything you’ll need to get started; follow the instructions included in the package & you’ll be back on the trails in no time. RIM PROTECTION: The CushCore Pro Set is designed to keep your rims safe from big hits & harsh impacts by giving an extra layer of protection to your bicycle rims. Now you can ride hard with confidence that your rims will hold up to the big hits! PRESTA VALVES: CushCore kits provide you with everything needed to boost the smoothness of your ride. A specially designed tubeless air valve is included with each insert; allowing air to move through the valve without being obstructed by the insert. SUPERIOR SUSPENSION PERFORMANCE: CushCore inserts are made to improve suspension performance by reducing vibration & absorbing bumps at the tire. No more bouncing around on harsh terrain or feeling like you're going to lose control on rough trails! IMPROVED RIDE QUALITY: CushCore inserts improve your suspension system by absorbing impacts, vibrations, & supporting the tire’s sidewalls. This makes them ideal for rough trails where you need extra confidence in how your ride performs. CushCore is an engineered foam insert to be mounted inside a tire, designed to absorb impacts, reduce vibration and increase lateral stability. These characteristics translate to a more controlled, comfortable, and faster ride. FEATURES: The system is designed to be used with tubeless-ready or tubeless converted rims and tires, and is compatible with tubeless tire sealants. A specially designed tubeless air valve is included with each insert; allowing air to move through the valve without becoming obstructed by the insert. The insert divides the inner volume of the tire in half, maintaining air underneath the tread and the foam insert next to the rim.
