Setup, Compatibility & Care
Kettle Setup: Place the kettle on its 360° swivel base. Ensure the power cord is connected to a suitable electrical outlet. Fill with water using the rear gauge, avoiding the 'max' line, before boiling.
Toaster Setup: Plug the toaster into a standard electrical outlet. Adjust the browning control dial to your desired setting before inserting bread into the self-centering slots.
Canister Setup: Position the canisters on a flat surface. Ensure loop lids are securely placed for an airtight seal.
Compatibility: All appliances require a standard UK mains power supply. The canisters are designed for dry goods storage only.
Care Instructions:
- Kettle: Unplug before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Descale regularly using a commercial descaler or a mixture of white vinegar and water. The filter is removable and washable under running water.
- Toaster: Always unplug before cleaning. Empty the crumb tray regularly by sliding it out from the base. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Never immerse the toaster in water.
- Canisters: Wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth. Ensure they are completely dry before refilling to maintain the airtight seal.
