Designer: Adam Cornish Dimensions: Height 8cm, Diameter 33cm Fruit bowl in 18/10 stainless steel Mirror polished Part of the Alessi Trinity range. Designed by Adam Cornish in his first collaboration with Italian brand Alessi the 'Trinity' collection draws inspiration from the forms and shapes found in the nautilus mollusc. As such, the sinuous spiral structure of the invertebrate's shell is elaborated by way of dramatic swoops and undulating curves, as seen in the Australian designer's 'Trinity' fruit bowl. The natural element of the stainless steel vessel's origins are fully evident and are in complete harmony with the modern industrial production process that brought it to life. The result introduces a striking flourish to settings and invites viewers to come closer to explore the item's many nuances.
