Troubleshooting
Desk is wobbly
Ensure all screws and bolts are fully tightened. Check that the desk is on a level surface. If necessary, adjust any leveling feet if included.
Drawer does not open or close smoothly
Verify that the drawer runners are correctly installed and aligned. Check for any obstructions in the drawer track or debris that may be hindering movement. Ensure the drawer is not overloaded.
Missing or damaged parts upon arrival
Contact the retailer or manufacturer immediately with your order details and a description or photo of the issue. Refer to the parts list in the manual to identify the specific component.
Surface scratched easily
While the surface is scratch-resistant, avoid dragging heavy or sharp objects across it. Use coasters for drinks and placemats if needed. For minor scuffs, a melamine repair pen might be useful.
