Ideal for modelling and flowers. This 250g packet is gluten-free and free from hydrogenated fats, with a delicate taste and resistance to heat, keeping its shape well. The Saracino modelling paste is durable and can be rolled or moulded to a thickness of 1mm for lifelike flower petals and leaves. It is versatile for cutters and ideal for side-tier and top-tier embellishments, not just sugar floristry. Due to the presence of cocoa butter, it is useful for modelling 3D cake figures and toppers. The paste hardens quickly but does not dry out, allowing for easy corrections. It is also extremely elastic, allowing bending and shaping with minimal risk of tearing and cracking. Once hardened, it maintains its shape and tastes great. Available in 250g or 1kg. Please note, the paste may be firm on arrival but will soften after kneading or with a few seconds in the microwave (remove packaging). New recipe - no longer contains milk. The new packaging is perfectly sealed, providing the same shelf life with 75% less plastic, making it an environmentally friendly option.
