Yes, but for the best finish, a damp sponge provides a smoother, more natural application with liquid products.
With regular use and cleaning, the brush can last for months, while sponges and puffs should be replaced every 1-3 months for hygiene.
The product is designed for daily beauty use, but please refer to the specific packaging label for confirmation on material sourcing.
While it is primarily designed for powders, it can be used for buffing liquids if you prefer a fuller coverage finish.
Gently massage the puff with mild soap and warm water, then rinse until clear and allow it to air dry.
Thoroughly dampen the sponge with water and squeeze out all excess before application to saturate the pores.
Avoid soaking the metal ferrule of the brush in water, which can loosen the glue holding the bristles in place.
Ensure the sponge is damp and use a bouncing or stippling motion rather than dragging it across the skin.
Before your first use, it is recommended to gently rinse the brushes and the puff in warm, mild soapy water to ensure they are clean. To maintain the life of your tools, clean the sponge and kabuki brush at least once a week using a gentle brush cleanser or baby shampoo. Allow them to air dry completely on a flat surface or a brush rack to prevent mold growth or bristle deformation. The puff should also be washed regularly; if it becomes overly saturated with oil or product, it will lose its ability to press powder effectively. These tools are compatible with all major cream, liquid, and powder makeup formulas.
