The Janod Walking Donkey is a wooden pull toy designed for toddlers aged 12 months and up, aiding in the development of gross motor skills through imaginative play. While it offers engaging features like a tinkling bell and FSC-certified wood construction, its primary drawback is its limited durability for very rough play, and the string length may be a minor adjustment for some toddlers.

Yes, the wood used is FSC-certified, ensuring it comes from responsibly managed forests.
It is recommended to only wipe the toy with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid submerging it in water or using soap, as this can damage the wood and paint.
The toy dimensions are: Length: 11 cm, Width: 6 cm, Height: 13.5 cm.
Ensure the bell is not obstructed by dirt or debris. Gently shake the donkey to see if the internal mechanism has become stuck. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Check the wheels for any tangled threads or debris. If necessary, carefully remove any obstructions. Avoid applying lubricants, as they may attract dirt.
This can occur with excessive moisture or rough play. Clean the area gently with a damp cloth and allow it to dry fully. For minor chips, consider contacting the manufacturer for touch-up paint if available, or limit further exposure to moisture.
