FAQs
What is the exact length of this extension cable?
The Stilo extension cable is 21cm in length when the coiled section is in its natural state.
Which Stilo intercoms is this cable compatible with?
This cable is compatible with the Stilo WRC, WRC DES, DG-10, and DG-30 intercom systems.
Can I use this cable to extend any audio device cable?
No, this cable is specifically designed for the stated Stilo intercom systems and may not work with other audio equipment due to proprietary connectors or signal requirements.
Will this cable affect audio quality?
When used with compatible Stilo systems and properly connected, the high-quality construction aims to maintain audio quality without degradation.
How durable is the coiled cable section?
The cable is designed for repeated use, but excessive pulling or harsh handling of the coiled section can reduce its lifespan.
What if I need more than 21cm of extension?
This is a fixed 21cm extension. For longer requirements, you would need to explore other available extension solutions if compatible with your specific Stilo intercom model.
Troubleshooting
No audio or intermittent audio after connecting the extension cable.
Ensure all connections are secure and fully seated at both ends of the extension cable, as well as at the intercom amplifier and headset.
Cable feels too tight when fully extended.
The 21cm length is fixed. If more length is needed, consider if alternative routing or a longer dedicated extension cable (if available) is required for your setup.
Difficulty plugging in the cable.
Verify you are using the correct Stilo intercom system and that the connectors are aligned properly. Do not force the connection.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Connect the 21cm extension cable between the existing amplifier-to-headset cable and either the amplifier or the headset, depending on your specific setup needs and which connection point requires the extension.
Compatibility: This cable is confirmed to be compatible with Stilo WRC, WRC DES, DG-10, and DG-30 intercom systems. Ensure your intercom model is listed before purchase.
Care: Store the cable in a dry place away from extreme temperatures. Avoid sharp bends or kinks in the coiled section. Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth if necessary; do not use solvents.
