The IRONTITE Handrail Brackets are designed for DIY enthusiasts and homeowners looking to securely mount handrails for staircases. They provide the essential benefit of high-strength structural support to ensure staircase safety, though users should note that the zinc finish requires specific mounting hardware that must be purchased separately depending on the wall material.

Each pack contains 4 brackets.
We recommend that the handrail brackets be fitted no more than 1 meter apart.
While the zinc finish is durable, it is primarily designed for indoor use. For outdoor applications, ensure the area is protected from direct, heavy exposure to moisture.
No, screws are not included as the required hardware depends on the type of wall material in your home.
The circular bracket head is designed to provide secure contact; ensure your handrail shape allows for a stable connection to this circular mounting point.
Ensure the screws are fully tightened and the wall plugs are appropriate for the wall substrate (brick vs plasterboard).
Check that the mounting surface is completely flat and that all screws are driven in straight and flush.
Clean the bracket with a mild soap solution, dry thoroughly, and ensure the area is not exposed to constant moisture.
To install these brackets, use a level to mark your mounting points, ensuring the brackets are spaced no more than 1 meter apart for optimal weight distribution. Once marked, use appropriate wall plugs and screws depending on whether you are drilling into brick, plasterboard, or timber studs.
Compatibility: Compatible with most standard round and profiled handrail materials.
Care: Keep the zinc finish looking new by wiping with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that may strip the protective zinc coating. If installed in high-humidity areas, inspect periodically for signs of oxidation.
