Troubleshooting

Adapters are not connecting.

Ensure all adapters are plugged directly into wall outlets. Check the LED indicators for connection status. Press the encryption button on any adapter to initiate pairing. If the problem persists, reset the adapters by unplugging them for 10 seconds and plugging them back in.

Slow internet speeds.

Make sure the adapters are plugged directly into the wall outlets. Check the electrical wiring in your home; older wiring may limit speeds. Reduce the number of devices connected to the network. Restart your router and the Magic 2 WiFi adapters. Use the Devolo app to check for firmware updates.

Wi-Fi signal is weak in certain areas.

Relocate the WiFi adapters to a more central location or closer to the areas with weak signals. Ensure there are no obstructions, such as thick walls or metal objects, between the adapters and your devices.

Cannot access the internet.

Check the connection between the LAN adapter and your router. Verify that your internet service is active. Restart all devices (router, LAN adapter, and WiFi adapters).
