Troubleshooting

Blade not cutting cleanly

Ensure you are not exceeding the 5-sheet capacity. Check for any paper debris caught on the blade or trimmer track. Verify the blade is correctly seated in the trimmer head.

Difficulty replacing the cartridge

Ensure the trimmer is clean and free of obstructions. The cartridge should drop in easily; do not force it. Double-check that you are using the correct replacement cartridge for your trimmer model.

Uneven wave cut

Confirm that the paper sheets are aligned properly before cutting. Ensure the trimmer is on a flat surface during operation. If the issue persists, the blade may need replacement.
