Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup:
- Ensure the surfaces to be sealed or bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or loose material.
- Cut the nozzle tip to the desired bead size.
- Puncture the inner seal of the tube.
- Insert the tube into a standard sealant gun.
- Apply the sealant evenly along the joint or surface.
Compatibility:
This sealant is compatible with a wide range of common building materials including concrete, brick, plaster, wood, metal, glass, and most plastics. It is recommended to test on a small, inconspicuous area first, especially on sensitive surfaces.
Care:
- Storage: Store tubes in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the nozzle is capped or sealed to prevent drying out.
- Cleaning: Fresh, uncured sealant can be cleaned using a damp cloth or appropriate solvent. Cured sealant will require mechanical removal.
- Curing: Allow adequate curing time before exposing to moisture or stress. Refer to product packaging for specific cure times.
