The Kenable Shielded FTP Network Ethernet Cable is an ideal solution for home and office users looking to connect routers or modems to PCs, laptops, TVs, and game consoles. Featuring Foil Twisted Pair (FTP) shielding, it effectively reduces electromagnetic interference to maintain stable network performance. While it is lightweight and easy to route thanks to its copper-clad aluminium construction, it is important to note that this cable is strictly for data transmission and does not support Power over Ethernet (POE) devices like CCTV cameras or wireless access points.

No, this cable does not support Power over Ethernet (POE) and will not transmit the necessary power for CCTV cameras or access points.
Foil Twisted Pair (FTP) shielding helps prevent electromagnetic interference from outside sources, leading to a cleaner and more stable signal.
Yes, it provides a stable, wired connection which is often superior to Wi-Fi for reducing latency in online gaming.
This indicates the physical length of the cable is 3 meters, which is perfect for desk-to-router or TV-to-router connections.
Yes, it uses industry-standard 8P8C (RJ45) connectors compatible with virtually all modern network hardware.
The cable uses copper-clad aluminium strands, which makes the cable lighter and more cost-effective.
Ensure the cable is fully seated in the RJ45 port and that both the sending and receiving devices are powered on.
Check the cable for physical damage or sharp kinks and ensure it is not running parallel to heavy power cables which might cause interference.
Verify that your device does not require Power over Ethernet (POE), as this cable is not designed to carry electrical power.
To set up, simply insert the RJ45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device until you hear a soft click. Ensure the cable is not bent at extreme angles, as excessive pressure on the internal copper-clad aluminium strands can lead to connection failures. This cable is fully compatible with any standard RJ45 port found on computers, routers, modems, and networking switches. To maintain the cable's longevity, avoid running it through areas where it may be stepped on or caught in moving parts. Since this cable lacks POE capabilities, do not attempt to use it with devices that require power delivery through the line.
