Absolutely. The white powder-coated surface is designed to be painted or wallpapered to match your interior walls or ceilings.
This specific variant measures 150mm x 200mm.
Check that the frame is not twisted during installation and that the aperture was cut square.
Ensure the T-key is fully inserted and that there is no debris in the locking mechanism.
Ensure the surface was wiped clean of dust and primed with a metal-appropriate primer before painting.
Installation involves cutting a hole in your plasterboard or wall substrate to match the panel size. Once the frame is inserted, it should be mechanically fixed to the studs or joists and sealed properly to maintain fire integrity. The surface is low-maintenance; it can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the white powder-coated finish. If painting, use a high-quality primer to ensure the paint adheres well to the metal surface.
