This hard-wearing and durable staircase runner is crafted from 100% Polypropylene with a thickness of 7.2mm, making it ideal for high-traffic areas. Manufactured using a needlepunch technique, this carpet is designed to be resilient, preventing snags, pulls, and flattening. Its exceptionally durable pile is pet-friendly and virtually indestructible, classified as heavy domestic for suitability on staircases. The runner features a latex, gel backing that provides a non-slip grip on hard flooring like wood, vinyl, or ceramic tiles. While it offers anti-slip properties on carpet, effectiveness may vary with carpet thickness. The waterproof and rot-proof backing ensures it won't shrink or wrinkle when wet. The texture is firm and coarse, prioritizing durability and low maintenance over luxury. Made from Polypropylene, it boasts stain resistance, bleach proofing, and UV fade resistance. It is also anti-static, moth-proof, and has a low radius of ignition, meeting British standards (BS 4790) through hot nut testing.
